Installation And Training
- Installation and Setup: WOL3D will install the 3D printer, including unboxing, assembly, calibration, and initial setup at the client’s location.
- Training Provided: Onsite or remote training will be offered on operation, maintenance, software (Slicer), and basic troubleshooting.
- Travel Expenses: The client is responsible for all travel-related costs for WOL3D’s engineers, which will be invoiced separately and due within two days of receipt.
- Support and Documentation: Technical support will be available for seven days post-installation, and necessary documentation will be provided.
- Liability and Reporting: WOL3D’s liability is limited to service costs, with any service defects needing to be reported within one day for rectification.
- Scheduling: Installation and training will be arranged at a mutually convenient time around the 3D printer’s delivery.
- Delay Notification: Either party must notify the other of any anticipated delays at least two days in advance to agree on a new date.
- Service Quality: WOL3D warrants that installation and training will be performed with reasonable care and skill.
