Printing Tips
- Dry Before Printing
To ensure high print quality, dry the filament before use:
• In a blast drying oven: 80°C for 8 hours
• On the X1 printer’s heatbed: 90°C–100°C for 12 hours - Handle with Care
Due to the carbon fiber reinforcement, this filament is more brittle than regular ASA. Avoid bending it excessively to prevent breakage. - Improve Dimensional Stability
• Use an enclosed printer and apply glue on the build plate before printing
• Set a lower print speed and increase heatbed temperature
