Warranty Period

Warranty Period

  • 6 Month Limited Warranty – Coverage begins from the date of purchase and applies to the motherboard and screen.
  • 3 Month Limited Part Warranty – Applies to consumable parts such as the SMPS and X, Y, Z Motors.
  • No Warranty – No warranty coverage for Product Gifts (e.g., TF card, USB cable, wrench, spatula, pliers, etc.).

Note:

  • Proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty.
  • Parts under warranty will be processed with the manufacturer, and if approved, they will be delivered within 20 working days.
  • If the manufacturer disapproves the claim, the reason will be communicated, and you will need to purchase the part in such a case.

Warranty Terms

  • Any defects in the material or workmanship of your product will be covered under warranty, provided you supply the necessary documents and information, including but not limited to:

    1. The product is being used in the country of purchase.
    2. The defective product is the original, unaltered item.
    3. Proof of the date of purchase.
